We work with the natural colours of the Wormy Chestnut, Messmate, Tasmanian Oak, Victorian Ash, Blackbutt and Blackwood timbers.
Please kindly note that we do not stain natural timbers and we do not colour-match our custom-made items to existing furniture.

A. NO. We can offer both rustic, reclaimed, new AND modern (laminated) design options. It's best to contact us.
A. Yes, you can supply your own bar fridge and we will be happy to create the design around it.
A. Unfortunately we can’t give a standard answer as all production times can vary depending on the project you want built plus the current projects that we have on at the same time. Best thing to do is to ask and we can give you a rough turnaround guide.

A. NO, due to the unknown past use of most pallets (usually found on the side of the road) which may have been treated using chemicals or acids and even poisons, it would be illegal and extremely dangerous for us to irresponsibly use pallet timbers to build household products. If you are wanting a product made from pallet materials we would only obtain them from reputable businesses that meet our highest standards and would be fully compliant with the health and safety regulations in Australia. We are fully transparent with where these pallet timbers were bought from and what they were used for. This would ensure your family and friends will never be exposed to unknown and dangerous poisons.
A. Yes if you have a supply of timber that you would like your timber creations to be made out of, we are happy to discuss what we can do. But please keep in mind that not all supplied timbers may be usable based on how the timbers have been stored (i.e., if they have been left out in the weather, un-strapped and have moved or twisted) and we do not work with veneer or veneered boards. We are here not just to sell our timber products, we are here to make what you want at the best price. (Note: Before rushing out and buying timber, speak to us first as we obtain our timber from wholesalers at a very competitive price and to ensure the highest quality timbers.)
A. All custom designed products require a 50% deposit before production commences and the balance paid once completed. No item leaves the factory until all invoices are paid in full.
A. YES we welcome any businesses interested in stocking our products. Just speak to one of our staff to discuss or drop us email to discuss your thoughts and offers.
A. Direct debit (Electronic Funds Transfer online), Visa cards, Mastercards, Cash and Lay-by (Please read the full terms and conditions HERE). Please kindly note that we DO NOT accept Amex cards, American Express cards or any other cards. All transactions are made in Australia and are recorded in Australian Dollars.

A. Yes we can, generally only within the Adelaide metro but country or interstate will incur a travelling fee, but we more than happy to ensure we both have a clear understanding of you project.
A. One word. “Privacy”. We make many different personalised products and some of our valued customers don’t want to be used to promote products and some don’t want family or friends to know where they got their custom designed timber products made. We would never exploit our customers as we value our relationship with them which has always generated quality referrals. We find that building trust is something our customer embrace. (Besides, we would prefer 100 fantastic referrals than spend a thousand dollars on advertising to obtain one sale).
